Processing time is between 7-21 business days. Personalized orders usually takes up to 21 business days.

However, some of the items are in fast shipping stock and can be sent in 1-3 days from order’s date.

In case you need the jewelry for a specific date, please contact me and I will do my best to expedite the processing time for you.

Due to nature of handmade items, sometimes they might break or bent.

DeZigner Studio takes customer satisfaction very seriously. That’s why, in case of damage to the item purchased withing the past year, Please contact me with a detailed description of what happened to the jewelry and attach an image of it for proof.

DeZigner Studio considers each request individualy and offers fixes at no extra cost in case of “normal” demage (*subjected to DeZigner Studio’s terms).

Please note that adjustable rings are naturally weaker than closed bands, that’s why you should be very careful while bending them over, or else they might break. Please read about how to adjust the ring to your size guide.

I ship my items through Israel Post priority shipping method (AKA “Ecopost”) to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States

Shipping delivery time: Estimated shipping time take between 5-7 business days. You get a tracking number in order to follow up with your delivery status.

You don’t have to own an account to use this service (can checkout as a guest).

DeZigner Studio accepts returns, exchanges, and cancellations, in the following terms:

• Contact me within: 14 days of delivery*.
• Ship the items back to DeZigner Studio address, then send me a new tracking number within: 21 days of delivery*
• Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

*Delivery time: Starting from the date of collecting the package from the post office, according to the tracking number information.

 

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Custom size orders

 

 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

The item must be send via mail service with an international tracking number.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, and/or it is damaged, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
